Cook and Becker has partnered with legendary Final Fantasy artist Yoshitaka Amano and studio Naughty Dog to bring you this unique The Last of Us artwork, celebrating 10 years since the game's original release.
The renowned Japanese artist applied his incredible skill and distinctive style to create this wholly original pencil and watercolor artwork that captures Ellie and Joel enjoying a brief, peaceful rest during their harrowing trek across the United States.
Throughout his career, Yoshitaka Amano has demonstrated a mastery of various artistic mediums and for his commemorative The Last of Us artwork he used both pencils and watercolors, allowing for delicacy and fluidity in the creation of this emotionally expressive scene. His work often has an otherworldly quality, and here is brings a uniquely dreamlike aesthetic to the grizzled, hard-bitten world of The Last of Us - and to the deep bond shared between Joel and Ellie as they fight to survive.
This The Last of Us artwork is available in four variants
Deluxe Edition - The Deluxe art print measures 28 x 39 inches and is an 18-color screenprint plus special paint layers on 100% cotton, 400 gsm Somerset archival paper. The Deluxe comes with the autopen signature of Yoshitaka Amano.
Hand-signed Deluxe Edition - The hand-signed Deluxe is limited to an edition of 30 copies, of which 25 will be sold directly to consumers. The remaining five will be randomly distributed to lucky Deluxe edition buyers replacing their regular Deluxe version, giving fans with a more modest budget a chance to own a hand-signed Amano piece.
Premium Art Print Edition - This gorgeous 28 x 39 inch 18-color screenprint is also printed on 100% cotton, 400 gsm Somerset archival paper but without the special paint layers of the Deluxe. The print comes with the autopen signature of Yoshitaka Amano.
Premium Poster - A high-quality digital offset poster (meaning it is not archival quality) measuring 20 x 28 inches. The poster is limited to 2.000 copies and our most budget-friendly option. Amano's signature is printed on the poster.
