If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product as well as the original shipping charges. The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The exception to the above are funding or pre-order campaign purchases as these products are 'made to order' when the campaign goal has been met and we incur costs for that. We give a full refund for the amount you backed or products you bought during a campaign when the campaign goal is not met, or if you cancel your contribution while the campaign is still running. My order arrived damaged
Before we pack an artwork we inspect it thoroughly. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged though we ask you to do the following:
If the courier arrives with your order and you can see directly from the damaged packaging that your artwork or product is damaged as well, we ask you to please not accept the package from the carrier. Please contact us as soon as possible with our order number and we will send a replacement artwork or product free of charge. We will also handle everything with the shipping courier.
If you notice that your artwork or product is damaged after unpacking, we ask you to contact us with photos of the following:
- One photo in which the entire package and address label are clearly visible;
- One photo of the artwork or product wherein the entire artwork or product is visible;
- Photos of any damage of the outer packaging (box, tube, etc.);
- Any damage of the inner packaging (foam, bubble wrap, etc.);
- Any damage to the artwork or product up close.
